An Orillia man is facing numerous charges after police executed a search warrant early Thursday morning at a home on Colborne Street.
The Orillia OPP Community Street Crime Unit, with assistance from the Offender Management and Apprehension Program, arrested the man, who police say tried to flee.
During the drug bust, police seized 866 grams of methamphetamine, 36 grams of cocaine, 390 grams of psilocybin, four kilograms of cannabis, knives, bear spray, a compound bow, an imitation firearm, $1,050 in Canadian currency, digital scales and packaging, and cellular devices.
Joseph Crandall, 42, has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking (methamphetamine), possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine), possession for the purpose of trafficking (psilocybin), possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling, possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000, and possession of a prohibited weapon (knife).
The accused is scheduled to appear in Orillia court Oct. 24.
