Police looking for vehicle, driver following Nov. 18 incident

Police are looking for a driver after a teen was injured in a hit-and-run in Gravenhurst.

On Nov. 18 at about 8:45 a.m., a 15-year-old had started to cross the intersection at the corner of James Street and Muskoka Road when an eastbound vehicle made a right turn onto Muskoka Road and struck the youth. The driver of the vehicle, a blue four-door hatchback style, fled the scene, Bracebridge OPP said in a news release. The youth was treated for minor injuries.
