A man has been charged following a disturbance Thursday at a motel in Bracebridge.
At 12:20 a.m., Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a motel on Manitoba Street and investigated the cause of the noise.
Jason Groves, 45, of Bracebridge, has been charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing Thursday in Bracebridge.
