Quote - "Clarke said that could mean improved winter control, re-prioritizing road and sidewalk repairs, storm water management issues among other issues.".....I find it really, really sad that our council has to "RE-PRIORITIZE" our snow removal, road/sidewalk maintenance etc. Who was the "Bright and wise one" that put those services so far down the list so as to make it neccessary to "RE-PRIORITIZE" them? Taxpayers getting abused again
