Man, 40, killed in Highway 11 crash between pickup, tractor trailer

Police say there is no evidence to support any charges at this time

GREENSTONE -- Ontario Provincial Police say one person has died as the result of a collision on Highway 11. 

Police, in a release issued late Wednesday night, said the crash took place at about 5 p.m. on Wednesday and involved a motor vehicle and a commercial motor vehicle. 

The victim has been identified as a 40-year-old from Timmins, Ont. 

The incident took place just east of Highway 584. 

The highway reopened in both directions just before 3 a.m. 

Police say there is no evidence to support any charges at this time. 

The victim has not been identified by police.
