A Toronto man faces multiple impaired-related offences following a three-vehicle collision Sunday night on Highway 400 in Vaughan that sent three people to hospital.
Ontario Provincial Police Aurora detachment responded to the collision at about 11:30 p.m. May 19 on southbound Highway 400 at Teston Road.
Three people had minor injuries as a result of the collision, police added.
A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with dangerous operation, over 80 and impaired driving, police said.
The driver faces a 90-day licence suspension and the vehicle is impounded for seven days, police added.
