Police said the teenage female victim “was initially assaulted and the unknown male attempted to gain control of the victim and force her into the suspect vehicle.”

“A female victim has reported having an interaction with an unknown male who was driving a smaller four-door silver coloured car who fled the scene after the incident in an unknown direction at a high rate of speed,” described OPP in a news release.
The suspect is described as a large white man with no facial hair who was wearing a red and black ballcap, a black puffy jacket and jeans.
