A Toronto man is facing impaired-related charges after being pulled over Monday near the Bracebridge OPP detachment.
At 11 p.m., an officer was on patrol on Cedar Lane in Bracebridge and stopped a vehicle “after having concerns over driving behaviour,” police said in a news release.
Mark McNally, 39, has been charged with operation while impaired and operation while impaired (blood-alcohol concentration 80-plus). He has a Dec. 31 court date in Bracebridge.
