A man is facing impaired and other charges after being pulled over Feb. 3 in Gravenhurst.

At 10:30 p.m., a Bracebridge OPP officer was on patrol in the area of Sedore Road and stopped a vehicle on Beaver Ridge Road.

David Baldwin, 27, of Gravenhurst, was charged with operation while impaired, refusal to provide a sample, operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code and failure to comply with a release order.

He was held in custody and has a Feb. 11 court date in Bracebridge.
